Ana Garcia, LMTHi, my name is Ana Garcia, LMT. I am a single mom of two beautiful girls. Initially, I had always dreamed of going into the healthcare industry but was not in love with the pharmaceutical aspect of it. I looked at alternatives, which is where I found my love and passion for massage therapy. I graduated from Utah College of Massage Therapy form the Professional and Master in Body Work programs. After graduating I started working with The Utah Grizzlies hockey team, I’ve been with them for 8 seasons and switched to ReAL Salt Lake soccer team during the summers for 3 seasons and as needed for other seasons after. Alongside, I have practiced in clinical settings working on all age groups from infants to the elderly for injuries, rehabilitation and spa work.
I truly enjoy what I do. And look forward to meeting you and helping you work out that knot, that ache, or simply just to relax.
